When You Feel Like Giving Up

There may be something that you need to do, want to do or dream of doing but you're just a little afraid. The goal you are seeking to accomplish is a noble task of which you're not completely equipped. You see all the things that you are lacking and suddenly it all seems insurmountable. You feel inadequate and wonder to yourself, "What was I thinking?" or "Who am I to try this?". You feel like giving up sometimes. Take heart! Remember what God did for Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego? Scripture says, "To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds." Daniel 1:17 NIV He will do the same for you so don't give up but pray. Scripture says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." James 1:5 NIV

God has done it for you before and He will do it again.
